From 12 to 14 June 2026, the mountain and university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, together with GLC Glücksburg Consulting AG/Tourist Information Oberharz, invites you to the town festival on Marktkirchenplatz and Adolph-Roemer-Straße in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
The town festival starts on Friday with a highlight: the 89.0 RTL ClubNight of the radio station with the 89.0 RTL DJs Linus Bruhn, Marc Radix and Pint as well as the live band "The Voice and friends" invites you to celebrate on the Marktkirchenplatz. Saturday evening also offers the opportunity to enjoy the music of the live band "Mr Feelgood" with well-known hits from the 70s to the present day on the Marktkirchenplatz from 7 pm.
Admission to the festival and all activities is free of charge.
On Saturday and Sunday, Clausthal-Zellerfeld's clubs, institutions, businesses and shops will also be presenting themselves with games, activities, demonstrations and all kinds of culinary delights for young and old. The town championship will be held again on Saturday with various stations on the club mile.
The club mile is rounded off with a colourful stage programme and a gourmet mile at the Marktkirche. On Marktkirchenplatz, the festival can also be enjoyed from above with a new ride.
The Oberharzer Bürgerfrühstück (Upper Harz Citizens' Breakfast ) on Marktkirchenplatz marks the start of the town festival Sunday. Afterwards, at 11 a.m., the town festival service on the stage invites you to linger until the festival starts again with the club mile and music. This year, the third day of the festival will also be combined with an open Sunday: in addition to the club mile, some neighbouring shops on Adolph-Roemer-Straße will open from 1 pm.
