Upper Harz Nordic active Cup 2025
Fit and active in healthy mountain air at the Nordic active Cup in the Oberharz
We are looking forward to the Nordic aktiv Cup 2025: Nordic walking is an exercise option that knows no age restrictions and can have a positive effect on health. Practised as an endurance sport, it not only represents a real challenge in competitions, but is also a lot of fun.
With the Upper Harz Nordic Active Cup 2025, GLC Glücksburg Consulting AG, operator of the Upper Harz tourist information centres and tourism marketer for the region, is organising a series of five sporting competitions in all five towns in cooperation with the Altenau, Buntenbock and Sankt Andreasberg ski clubs, the Clausthal-Zellerfeld winter sports club and SV Viktoria Bad Grund.
Stay active
Every Nordic Walker who takes part in all events will receive a gold cup, those who take part in 4 events will receive a silver cup and those who take part in 3 events will receive a bronze cup. The cups will be awarded during the last Nordic Walking Challenge on 14 September 2025 in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
For all events of the Upper Harz Nordic active Cup 2025, each participant will receive a special Harz hiking pin stamp.
Bad Grund
Sunday, 25 May 2025
Times:
1st warm-up: 9:45 / 10:15 / 10:45 with the Nordic walking team of the Niedersächsische Landesforsten in the WeltWald Harz.
2nd start times: at 10:00 am 15 km (sporty) / 10:30 am 10.3 km / 11:00 am 6.5 km, each with a mass start on the grounds of the Teufelstal Sports Park (Im Teufelstal 12) Bad Grund.

Entry fee per participant: Reduced only with online registration and advance bank transfer Adults €8.00; young people (up to 16 years) €4.00. Late registration on the day of the event: adults €10.00, youths €5.00.
The entry fee includes refreshments during breaks, a certificate and a voucher for two free hours in the indoor pool of the Bad Grund health centre at 31°C water temperature.

Entry fee:
8 € for adults, 4 € for young people <16) applies to online registration and must be paid on site when the starting documents are handed out. In the event of non-participation, there is no entitlement to a refund of the organisation fee. Late registrations on site are possible (fee €2 for adults, €1 for young people <16). Buntenbock

Times:
Start times: at 14:30 for the 16 km route (11 km and 5 km) and the 11 km route, at 14:45 for the 8.5 km route and the 5 km route in the mass start on the grounds of SC Buntenbock.
Registration:
You can register in advance via www.sc-buntenbock.de or www.nsv-ski.de or at the start from 13:00. Please fill out the registration card legibly and completely with your address in block letters. Then go to the start table. You will receive your start card there against payment of the entry fee.
Entry fee:
Entry fee per participant: for online registration in advance € 8.00 for adults, € 4.00 for juniors (up to 16 years), for registration on the day of the event € 10.00 for adults, € 5.00 for juniors (up to 16 years). The entry fee includes a certificate, medical service, refreshments and a free ticket for the summer toboggan run in Hahnenklee. The entry fee cannot be refunded in the event of non-participation.
