Oberharz Nordic Aktiv Cup 2027
Get fit and active in the fresh mountain air at the Nordic Aktiv Cup in the Upper Harz region
We are looking forward to the Nordic Aktiv Cup 2027: Nordic walking is a form of exercise that has no age restrictions and can have a positive impact on health. Practised as an endurance sport, it not only presents a real challenge in competitions but is also great fun.
With the 2027 Oberharz Nordic Aktiv Cup, GLC Glücksburg Consulting AG – the operator of the Oberharz Tourist Information Centres and the region’s tourism marketing organisation – is organising, in collaboration with the Altenau, Buntenbock, Sankt Andreasberg and the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Winter Sports Club, as well as SV Viktoria Bad Grund and, for the first time, the Hohegeiß Ski Club, a series of six sporting competitions across all six locations.
Stay active
Any Nordic walker who takes part in five out of six events will receive a gold cup; those who take part in four events will receive a silver cup; and those who take part in three events will receive a bronze cup. The cups will be presented at a ceremony during the final Nordic Walking Challenge on 19 September 2027 in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
For each event in the 2027 Oberharz Nordic Aktiv Cup, every participant will receive a special stamp for the Harz Hiking Badge.
