Organisers' meeting in the Oberharz on 17 November 2025 to plan for 2026

The Oberharz Tourist Information Office invites you to vote on the 2026 events on Monday, 17 November 2025, at 19:00 and in this context asks for information on future events for publication. The venue is the DLRG club room, Berliner Str. 14 (entrance to the Clausthal leisure pool) in Clausthal-Zellerfeld. The following items are on the agenda for this meeting:

Notification of organiser dates In the coming year, there will once again be numerous action days and events organised by Tourist Information Oberharz and many other organisers. An overview of all activities in the mountain and university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, including all villages and districts, will once again be compiled to help organisers with their planning. It will be published on www.oberharz.de and regularly updated to help guests plan their holiday. This year, all event organisers are asked to communicate their dates in advance if possible so that duplications can be better coordinated.

Introduction of digital event calendar & handling The digital event calendar on the Oberharz website has been new since last year: "The calendar module for events now also works well in the interfaces. Events entered there are automatically sent to the Harz Tourism Association, Tourism Marketing Lower Saxony and other organisations. The events are now also displayed in the digital guest directory. If the calendar is used correctly, the registered events benefit from a significantly higher reach and more advertising. If there are any questions, we can answer them together at our meeting," says Katharina Dundler, team leader of the Oberharz tourist information centre. The new calendar and its free usage options for local organisers will also be presented at the organisers' meeting.

They have supported us for many years and have already pledged their commitment again for 2026.
