Tourism network meeting: exchange for service providers at Wildwood Camping Harz in Clausthal-Zellerfeld

GLC Glücksburg Consulting AG, together with the spa operator ‘Die Oberharzer’ and the Harz district association of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA), is once again inviting guests to a networking event. Tourism businesses in the areas of rental, catering and leisure facilities from the towns of Altenau with Torfhaus, Buntenbock, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Schulenberg and Wildemann are invited.
The event will take place on Thursday, 9 October at 3 p.m. at Wildwood Camping Harz in Zellerfeld.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Wildwood Camping Harz team will present its concept. Together, the participants will explore the completely redesigned site, which opened in the spring, and its holiday opportunities before exchanging ideas about two new digitalised offers over a light snack:
Ms Rienäcker from Harz AG will present the new digital Harzcard and its possibilities for exploring the Harz region.GLC AG/Tourist Information Oberharz and the spa company ‘Die Oberharzer’ mbH will then explain the new digital guest card with online travel guide for all Oberharz locations from Torfhaus to Wildemann. The digitisation plan for guest card processing will also be presented. "We will start the test phase for the digital guest card at the network meeting together with all interested service providers. Further intensive training on the use of digital guest cards with SelfCheckIn for all hosts will follow in November. We are looking forward to this important kick-off of digitisation in combination with the Wildwood Camping experience," explain Katharina Dundler from GLC AG and Bettina Beimel from the spa company.
